Crude Protein Analysis using the Total Nitrogen Kjeldahl Method on Beef Feed Samples at PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia has been conducted. Crude Protein Analysis using the Nitrogen Kjeldahl method was carried out 10 times. A total of 1 gram of feed sample beef feed, was weighed on oil paper and then put into a kjeldahl tube. After that, two kjeltabs tablets and 15 mL of sulfuric acid were added. Then it was destroyed on the digester for 150 minutes at a temperature of 480°C. After cooling, add 40 mL of distilled water, then distilled and titrated with hydrochloric acid solution until pH 4.6. From the analysis results obtained % Crude Protein in feed samples Beef Feed of: 13.18%, 13.24%, 13.25%, 13.21%, 13.39%, 13.41%, 13.70%, 13.12%, 13.21%, 13.22%. From the data obtained the percentage of Beef Feed is in accordance with the standard value issued by the company in the range of 13.09% - 13.78%. Thus, the data produced can be accepted according to the acceptance requirements.
