This study aims to analyze the factors that have a significant effect on customer
satisfaction using End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model as a theory and
variable determination. The sampling method was carried out using purposive
sampling technique with a sample of 100 respondents selected. The analysis method
used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The data analyzed in this study are
primary data through filling out online questionnaires to samples and secondary
data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency, books, and journals.
The results showed that the format, accuracy, content, and ease of use variables
partially had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the
timeliness variable has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. While the
format, accuracy, content, ease of use, and timeliness variables simultaneously
affect customer satisfaction with the purchase of oil palm sprouts through the
MySawit application.
