This study aims to understand how important farmers assess the service performance of agricultural extension workers and their level of satisfaction with the work of extension workers in Pertumbuken Village, Barusjahe District, Karo Regency. The methods used for the analysis are IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). From the calculation results, it was obtained that the average performance of agricultural extension workers in Pertumbuken Village, Barusjahe District, Karo Regency was 3.55, which was in the scale range of 3.2 to 4.5, indicating that the performance of extension workers was categorized as quite good. On the other hand, the level of farmer importance reached 4.43, which was in the scale range of 3.8 to 4.82, indicating that farmers considered extension workers very important. From the results of the CSI calculation listed in the table, it was found that the CSI value for the performance attribute of field extension workers in Pertumbuken Village was 71.02%. This value is included in the range of 60% CSI to 80%. This figure shows that overall, farmers in the work area of Pertumbuken Village are included in the satisfied category.
