Abstract
Employee performance in the healthcare sector significantly determines the quality of public services. Based on data from the Binjai City Health Office's Minimum Service Standards (SPM), several service indicators still fall short of targets, such as low service levels for productive-age individuals and high employee absenteeism. This situation highlights the importance of evaluating factors influencing employee performance, particularly leadership, self-efficacy, and work discipline. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, self-efficacy, and work discipline on employee performance at the Kebun Lada Public Health Center, Binjai City. This is a quantitative study using a descriptive approach, and the types of data used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis method employed is descriptive quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The population in this study consists of employees of the Kebun Lada Public Health Center, Binjai City, with a sample size of 63 employees. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance. Self-efficacy also has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance. Likewise, work discipline has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance. Simultaneous significance testing shows that leadership, self-efficacy, and work discipline variables collectively have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kebun Lada Public Health Center, Binjai City.
