dc.description.abstract | PT Samudra Oceaneering has effectively implemented ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 to
create a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly work environment. The Health,
Safety, and Environment (HSE) implementation is also carried out through policies, risk
management, training, periodic audits, and evaluations. This research analyzes the
reversible relationship between ISO 14001, ISO 45001 to HSE programs using interview
methods analyzed using NVivo and questionnaires processed with Python. The results
showed that the questions on the questionnaire were valid, with r count > r table (0.444)
and p-value < 0.05, Cronbach's alpha values for variables X1, X2, and Y1 are 0.9019,
0.9420, and 0.8638. The Spearman Rank correlation coefficient shows that the reversible
relationship between ISO 14001 and HSE is 0.782 showing a strong positive and
significant relationship and the reversible relationship between ISO 45001 and HSE is
0.842 showing a powerful and significant positive relationship with both having p-value
< 0.05. Analysis of the interviews using NVivo showed the reversibly close relationship
between ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 to HSE through word cloud, treemap, and mind map
visualizations. Dominant words such as safety and environment emphasize the
relationship of both standards to HSE, the hierarchy diagram shows that operational
aspects, support, and performance evaluation are the focus of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
implementation, operational control, preparedness, and audit of HSE implementation.
The results of this research validated that there is a reversible relationship between ISO
14001 and ISO 45001 strengthening the effectiveness of the HSE system at PT Samudra
Oceaneering. | en_US |
