dc.description.abstract | The objective of the research is to examine and analyze the influence of work environment style, organizational culture, and work environment on employees' performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), Kebun Bandar Besty. The population is 500 employees, and 98 of them who have worked for more than three years are use as the sample. The data are analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research show that, partially, work environment style has the influence on employees performance at t count of 4.224 > t table of 1.984, organizational culture has the influence on employees performance at t count of 2.429 > t table of 1.984, and work environtment has no influence on employees performnce at t count 1.711 < t tabel of 1.984. Simultaneously, work environment style, organizational culture, and work environment have the influence on employees performance at F count of 56.401 > F tabel of 2.705. It is recomended that the company management create a favorable work environment whice is the most dominant factor that influences employees performance. | en_US |
