    Abstract
Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is crude Palm Oil that can be produced from the juice of the pressing or extraction process of mesocarp. The CPO produced must have pre-set standards to follow. The standard for the content of free fatty acids contained in CPO is 3.0%, the standard for moisture content is 0.5%. The standard for impurities is 0.1%. This study aims to determine the quality of CPO (Crude Palm Oil) through chemical composition analysis. The parameters used were in the form of analysis of free fatty acid (ALB) levels, water content and impurities levels. The moisture content analysis was carried out using the oven method, the ALB analysis was carried out through the acid-base titration technique using the 1% phenolphthalein color indicator, while the impurity content used the gravimetric method. The measurement results on the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) sample, the moisture content of three times showed a value of 0.103%, 0.069%, 0.101%, the results of the ALB titration calculation showed values of 2.26%, 2.10% and 2.76%, while the results of the impurities content showed values of 0.047%, 0.036%, 0.022%. The measurement results from the RBD Palm Oil sample, for ALB levels showed values of 0.068%, 0.0404%, 0.040% and iodine numbers of 57.4193, 57.8168, 68.3401. The results of the High Acid Palm Oil Residue (HAPOR) sample for ALB levels showed values of 50.6536, 45.6952 and moisture content of 0.84, 1.59. From the results of the experiments that have been carried out, the average values of water content, free fatty acids, impurities content and iodine number levels from samples of CPO, RBD Palm Oil and HAPOR oil are at standard and suitable for use as raw materials for oil production. The standard used is Permenperin No. 32 of 2024, namely the moisture content of 0.5%, the ALB content of 3.0% and the impurity content of 0.1%.
