Arabica coffee (Coffea arabica L.) is a type of coffee that is widely consumed by most people in the world because it provides many health benefits. The altitude of the place has a great influence on the size of the fruit and Arabica coffee beans. This research was conducted in Tarutung District, North Tapanuli Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of altitude on fruit size and Arabica coffee beans. This research was conducted from April 2024 to October 2024. This research used the simple linear equation method on Arabica coffee fruit and beans on several lands with different altitudes in Tarutung District, North Tapanuli Regency. On each land, 10 Arabica coffee fruits samples were taken using descriptive method and purposive sampling technique, coffee fruit and beans were measured using a caliper and analytical scales. The results showed that the altitude of the place had effect on the parameters of fruit diameter, seed diameter, fruith length, seed length, and seed dry weight.
