Penggunaan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Data Pemilih (SIDALIH) di KPU Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan Tahun 2020

Abstract

This study analyzes the Use of the Voter Data Information System Application (Sidalih) at the KPU of Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The use of the Sidalih application is expected to facilitate the work of the General Election Commission (KPU). In every general election, there are still problems with updating data, so a digital-based application is needed to facilitate the work of the KPU in updating voter data. The quality of the data stored in Sidalih is related to the PPK report, because what is entered into Sidalih is a report from the PPK. In its use, the Sidalih application system at the KPU of Humbang Hasundutan Regency is good, but has several obstacles such as human resource constraints, network constraints, and imperfect features in it. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive-qualitative analysis. The data collection techniques used in this study are interview techniques and literature studies.
