    Abstract
SARA YUNI ASTUTI (180304148) with the thesis titled Analysis Of The Added Value Of CPO (Crude Palm Oil) At Pt. Mega Nusa Inti Sawit (Case Study: Indrasakti Mill Palm Oil Factory, Rakit Kulim District, Indragiri Hulu Regency) Supervised by Mr. Sinar Indra Kesuma as the Thesis Advisor and Mr. Helova Leonard Panjaitan as the Thesis Examiner. This study aims to describe the stages involved in processing fresh fruit bunches of oil palm into CPO (Crude Palm Oil) and to evaluate the amount of added value generated from the processing. The research was conducted at the Indrasakti Mill, a palm oil processing unit operated by PT. Mega Nusa Inti Sawit. The sampling technique used was Non-Probability Sampling with a Case Study approach, where respondents were subjectively selected from employees at the Indrasakti Mill unit. The research employed descriptive analysis to outline the production process and Hayami’s value-added analysis to determine the economic value created during processing. Findings indicate that the CPO production process comprises eight main stages: fruit reception, sterilization, tippler station, threshing, pressing, oil extraction, oil clarification, and kernel processing. The analysis revealed that the processing of oil palm into CPO produced an added value of IDR 402.72 per kilogram of raw material, with a value-added ratio of 11.13%. The net profit generated was IDR 393.41 per kilogram, with a profit rate of 97.69%.
