The growth of urbanization in various regions, especially in urban areas, has caused an increase in the area of watertight land due to infrastructure development. This change in land function has a direct impact on the decreasing ability of the soil for infiltration, thus increasing runoff on the surface and potentially causing waterlogging or flooding. Efforts to overcome this problem are the implementation of infiltration wells. Infiltration wells function to accommodate rainwater and absorb it into the soil so as to help the process of recharging groundwater and reducing the runoff load. In SNI 8456:2017, infiltration wells can be made from various materials, one of which is lightweight concrete pipes, this type of infiltration well has a depth of 1 meter with an outer diameter of the infiltration well of 1 meter and an inner diameter of 0.8 meters. This infiltration well has 4 horizontal segments with the aim of facilitating installation in the field. By using the calculation of the infiltration rate of the Horton method, it was found that the infiltration rate of the lightweight concrete pipe infiltration well was 52,000 cm/hour and using a single ring infiltrometer of 6,000 cm/hour and had an influence on the infiltration rate, namely moderate and had a type of Latosol soil, red yellow padsolic and had a clay loam soil texture, dusty clay loam.en_US
