| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to design and develop an automatic plant watering system based
on the Internet of Things (IoT) using the ESP32 microcontroller, soil moisture
sensor, and DHT-22 sensor. The system automatically activates the water pump
when the soil moisture level drops below a predefined threshold (<60%). The soil
moisture sensor monitors the condition of the planting medium, while the DHT-22
sensor measures ambient temperature and humidity around the plant. The system
is integrated with the Telegram platform via an internet connection, allowing
users to monitor plant conditions in real-time and manually control the watering
process remotely. Automatic notifications are sent to Telegram, providing
information about soil moisture levels, temperature and humidity, and pump
status (active/inactive). Test results show that the system operates effectively and
offers users convenience and efficiency in plant maintenance without the need to
