The selection of vehicles, especially Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs), is becoming increasingly complex due to the variety of options and diverse consumer preferences. This research aims to compare three Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods—WASPAS, SAW, and TOPSIS—in selecting the best Toyota SUV based on six main criteria: price, performance, dimensions, safety and comfort features, design, and ground clearance. The weights of the criteria were objectively calculated using the Entropy Weighting method. Sensitivity analysis was conducted to evaluate the stability of each method’s ranking results against changes in criteria weights. The analysis results indicate that the TOPSIS method has the lowest sensitivity (6,51%) and is thus considered the most stable, followed by WASPAS (9,30%) and SAW (10,71%) as the most sensitive. herefore, the SAW method is more responsive to weight changes, making it more suitable in scenarios where shifting priorities or consumer preferences occur in the selection of Toyota SUV vehicles.en_US
