dc.description.abstractThis study is entitled imitation behavior of Korean Drama in students of the Communication Studies Program, Faculty of social and Political Sciences, University of North Sumatra, Class of 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the imitation or imitation behavior carried out by students of the Communication Studies Program, Faculty of social and Political Sciences, University of North Sumatra, Class of 2020 both in imitation behavior of dress style to language style. This study uses qualitative research methods, and data obtained based on observation, in-depth interviews. The results of this study showed that the existence of imitation behavior that occurs in the style of language and style of dress through a fairly short process, by watching the Korean drama they watch. Informants in this study claimed that the process of imitation experienced occurs beginning with the motivation and observation or spectacle that is repeated to cause imitation or imitation intentional or unintentional.en_US
