Inclusive education supports children with special needs through adjustments by parents, teachers, and regular students. Non-disabled students need training to accept and understand their peers with special needs. In elementary school students, this ability does not develop naturally, they need encouragement, education, and guidance to foster empathy. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Siswa Peduli ABK (SIPA) psychoeducation in enhancing students' empathy toward their peers with special needs, with authoritative parenting as a moderating variable. SIPA psychoeducation was developed based on empathy theory and Bloom's taxonomy. This quantitative study used a quasi-experimental design, involving 30 fifth and sixth graders divided into experimental and control groups. RM ANOVA test results showed that SIPA psychoeducation effectively increased students' empathy (Fhitung = 13.9; p<.001; η_p^2=.516), and its effectiveness increased with authoritative parenting (Fhitung = 17.6; p<.001; η_p^2=.576). This means SIPA psychoeducation is effective in enhancing students' empathy, becoming more effective with authoritative parenting. The effectiveness increased from 51.6% to 57.6%.en_US
