Pengukuran Kinerja Rantai Pasok dengan Metode SCOR dan AHP pada PT. Keloria Moringa Jaya

Abstract

PT. Keloria Moringa Jaya is company in Medan City that produces herbal products, one of which is andaliman coffee. In its production process, the company faces various obstacles in the supply chain such as late delivery of raw materials and inconsistencies in the amount of raw materials which result in delayed production processes and financial losses. This study aims to measure the performance of the andaliman coffee supply chain at PT. Keloria Moringa Jaya using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. This study uses primary data in the form of observations, interviews, and AHP questionnaires to related parties, as well as secondary data from company documents and literature studies. Identification of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is carried out based on the five main processes in the SCOR model, namely plan, source, make, deliver, and return. Performance values are calculated using the Snorm De Boer method, while criteria weighting is carried out using the AHP method. The results of the study show that the overall supply chain performance value is in the Average category with a score of 55,06. Based on the analysis of the traffic light system, 8 indicators were found to be red, 1 indicator was yellow, and 6 indicators were green
