Community participation is an important element in the successful management of village funds, especially in the planning, implementation, and supervision stages. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation with informants consisting of village officials and local community leaders and villagers. The results showed that the community was quite actively involved in the planning of village funds through the village deliberation forum. In the implementation stage, community involvement is seen through gotong royong activities and direct involvement as labor in village development. Factors that encourage community participation include a sense of belonging to the village, trust in the village government, and a spirit of togetherness. Meanwhile, participation is also hampered by the community's busy schedule and low level of education. This study concludes that community participation needs to be strengthened to realize more transparent, accountable, and targeted village fund management.
