Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is crude palm oil extracted from the flesh of the fruit (mesocarp). To maintain the quality of the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) produced, quality control of the CPO is required. The quality of CPO is greatly influenced by the level of Free Fatty Acids (FFA). Analysis of the levels of free fatty acids (FFA) in Crude Palm Oil (CPO) has been carried out at PT. Sumber Sawit Makmur Laut Tador. Analysis of free fatty acid levels was carried out using the alkalimetric titration method with 0.08 N KOH. From the results of the analysis, the average free fatty acid level was 4.35%. The free fatty acid quality standard set by SNI-01-2901-2006 is 5%. Based on the results of the analysis of the free fatty acid levels in Crude Palm Oil (CPO) produced by PT. Sumber Sawit Makmur Laut Tador according to the quality standards set by SNI-01-2901-2006.en_US
