Strategi Peningkatan Pendapatan Usaha Jamur Tiram (Kasus: Rumah Jamur 208, Kecamatan Kisaran Timur, Kabupaten Asahan, Sumatera Utara)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of increasing oyster mushroom business income at Rumah Jamur 208 Kisaran The research method used is SWOT analysis, which includes identifying internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats). The results showed that Rumah Jamur 208 Kisaran has significant internal strengths, such as the ability to produce its own oyster mushroom spawn and good management. In addition, there are great external opportunities, such as increased market demand and government support. However, there are also internal weaknesses, such as limitations in technology adoption and dependence on middlemen, as well as external threats, such as fluctuating raw material prices and intense competition. Based on SWOT analysis, recommended strategies include increasing production capacity, digital market expansion, innovative product development, improving operational efficiency, improving product quality, utilizing government support, and increasing brand awareness.
