dc.description.abstract | Technological advancements have driven the creation of automation
systems capable of improving efficiency and accuracy across various sectors,
including liquid filling processes such as mineral water. This study aims to design
and develop an automatic mineral water filling machine based on an Arduino
Nano microcontroller and a 1 kg Load cell weight sensor. The system is designed
to accurately detect the weight of water and automatically stop the filling process
once the target is reached, accompanied by an audible warning. The machine is
specifically intended for small-scale home industries and operates based on a
weight target measured in grams. Implementation results show that the system
effectively automates the filling process, reduces manual filling errors, and
enhances production efficiency. Testing indicates that the average filling error
remains within acceptable tolerance limits. For future development, the system
could be improved by adding pump speed control, remote monitoring, coin sensor
integration for automated payment, and regular calibration to maintain sensor
