The prevalence of breast cancer continues to rise each year, making it one of the leading causes of death among women. This disease not only causes physical challenges but also significantly affects social, economic, and psychological aspects—particularly quality of life. This study aims to examine whether social support moderates the relationship between resilience and quality of life in women with breast cancer. Using a snowball sampling technique, data were collected from 96 women diagnosed with breast cancer residing in Medan. Three measurement tools were employed: a resilience scale, a quality of life scale, and a social support scale. Data were analyzed using moderation regression analysis. The findings reveal that social support significantly moderates the relationship between resilience and quality of life, strengthening the effect of resilience on quality of life by 41%. These results suggest that higher levels of social support enhance the positive impact of resilience on the well-being of breast cancer patients.en_US
