    Abstract
Inaccuracies in the process of filling water and sugar containers in small businesses, such as coffee shops and mini cafés, can result in inconsistent beverage flavors, wasted raw materials, and decreased service efficiency. An automatic system that can fill two types of products liquid (water) and solid (sugar) in one unit of equipment is needed to solve these problems. This study designs and builds an automatic filling system based on an ESP32 microcontroller connected to a capacitive proximity sensor, a load cell with an HX711 module, and actuators in the form of a DC motor and a water pump. The proximity sensor automatically detects the presence of the container, and the load cell precisely reads the weight of the sugar. The system is equipped with an Internet of Things (IoT) feature that uses the Blynk Legacy platform to monitor filling results in real time via a Wi-Fi network. The filling result data, including total water volume and sugar weight, is displayed on a mobile application that users can access remotely. Tests were conducted by comparing the filling results with those of standard measuring instruments, such as digital scales and measuring cups. The results show that the device can fill 16 grams of sugar and 200 milliliters of water with an average error of less than 4%. Performance evaluation is based on calculating absolute and percentage errors against the target value.
