    Abstract
This research focuses on the design of a circulation pump for an Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) power generation system using n-pentane (C₅H₁₂) as the working fluid, with a target power output of 500 Watts. The study emphasizes determining the pump specifications and designing key components, including the shaft, impeller, and casing, to achieve optimal performance and efficiency of the ORC system under low-temperature and low-pressure operating conditions. The methodology involves literature studies, pump design calculations based on fluid mechanics and thermodynamics, 3D modeling using SolidWorks, and process simulations using Aspen Plus. The design results indicate that a centrifugal pump is suitable, with specifications including a flow rate of 0.0065 m³/s, pump power of 400 Watts, total head of 6 m, and rotational speed of 1500 RPM. The impeller is designed with an outer diameter of 60 mm, an outlet angle of 23.6°, and seven blades, made of Cast Aluminum 356 T6. The shaft is constructed from AISI 4140 alloy steel with a diameter of 8.75 mm, and the casing is designed as a volute type. This study contributes to the development of renewable energy technologies, particularly in improving pump performance within ORC systems. Further experimental testing and CFD analysis are recommended to validate and enhance the design efficiency
