Background: An individual's productivity is often hindered by a lack of structured task management. Common challenges like procrastination, difficulty in prioritizing tasks, and a lack of visibility into work progress are widespread issues faced by many individuals. Therefore, an effective web-based digital solution is needed to help users manage their personal tasks from any device with an internet connection. Objective: This study aims to develop a personal task management application that functions not just as a digital to-do list but is also specifically designed to boost user productivity. The application focuses on providing essential features that support task planning, prioritization, and tracking through an intuitive and responsive user interface (UI). Method: The development of this application followed the Waterfall method, a systematic and sequential software development approach. The phases began with a comprehensive requirements analysis of user needs, followed by the design of the system including its architecture, database (MySQL), and user interface (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Once the design was complete, the implementation process was carried out using PHP for the backend. Subsequently, thorough program testing was conducted to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications, including the voice record feature and notifications. The final stage involved maintenance to ensure optimal system operation. Results: The developed application was tested through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving a number of users from various backgrounds. The test results show that 92% of respondents found the application easy to use and access, and 85% reported a noticeable improvement in their ability to complete tasks on time. The voice recording and notification system were identified as the most helpful features, as they make it easier for users to add tasks. Overall, the application proved to be effective in helping users manage their tasks and directly contributed to increased productivity. Conclusion: The developed web-based personal task management application successfully serves as an effective tool for boosting user productivity. With its well-designed features and web browser accessibility, it can be a practical solution to daily task management challenges.en_US
