This study aims to analyze the influence of environmental SDGs and social SDGs on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2023 period. In addition, the study examines the moderating role of green innovation int the relationship between SDG disclosures and financial performance. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 23 companies as research subjects. The analytical method employed in this study is Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The findings indicate that environmental SDGs have a negative and significant effect on financial performance, and social SDGs also have a negative and significant effect on financial performance. Furthermore, green innovation has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. The results also reveal that green innovation positively and significantly moderates the influence of environmental SDGs on financial performance, as well as the influence social SDGs on financial performance. These findings imply that the implementation of sustainability practices and green innovation requires proper management in order to deliver a greater impact on the financial performance of banking companies.
