    Abstract
The development of agricultural technology has increasingly required more efficient tools for fertilizer distribution. This study employed an experimental approach by developing a battery charging system powered by a solar panel with an angle controller system that utilized an RTC on a fertilizer spreader operated via a remote controller. This allowed farmers to avoid relying on the electricity grid and enabled easy use of the device in agricultural fields. The system was built by integrating several main components, including a solar panel as the power source, a solar charge controller (SCC), a battery for storing electricity, and a remote controller to operate the fertilizer spreader. It was equipped with a time sensor to automatically adjust the solar panel's angle to follow the sun based on the time, using an Arduino Uno microcontroller and a servo motor. The test results showed that the solar panel with the angle controller system produced 183,84 Wh of electrical energy in one day with a battery charging time of three hours, whereas the horizontal solar panel system produced 139,40 Wh with a battery charging time of four hours. The fertilizer spreader had a capacity of 5 kg, with the highest effective capacity reaching 27,7 kg/hour and the lowest at 24 kg/hour. It was able to operate for 1,25 hours when empty and 1,08 hours when filled with fertilizer.
