Rainfall is the accumulation of water on a flat surface. One millimeter of rainfall means that in an area of one square meter on a flat surface, the accumulated water has a height of one millimeter within a certain period of time. The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship and evaluate the effectiveness between independent and dependent variables in the context of rainfall. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression Method on secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of North Sumatra. The results of the analysis show that in the simultaneous test, the calculated F-value is 8.12 and the table F-value is 2.90. This means that if the calculated F-value is greater than the table F-value, then H1 is accepted, indicating a direct influence between the number of rainy days, air temperature, wind speed, and air pressure on the rainfall index simultaneously
