    Abstract
The problem of work fatigue does not only occur in workers in the formal sector. Fatigue can also occur in the informal sector, one of which is in agriculture. Interviews with 13 respondents revealed that all of them experienced symptoms such as heaviness in the head, dizziness, headaches, eye strain, yawning, drowsiness, and general body fatigue. These complaints are indicators of work fatigue, suggesting that rice farmers in Denai Sarang Burung Village are experiencing work-related fatigue. This research method is a quantitative research study using a crosssectional design to see the relationship between the dependent variable (work fatigue) with the independent variable (length of work, physical work intensity, worker health conditions, and nutrition) in rice farmers. The sample in this study was 70 male rice farmers. Fatigue was measured using the Reaction Timer. The results showed the level of fatigue of rice farmers in the category of mild fatigue as many as 10 rice farmers (14.3%), moderate fatigue as many as 36 rice farmers (51.4%), and severe fatigue as many as 24 rice farmers (34.3%). The data analysis technique used the Spearman Rank Corellation statistical test. The results showed that there was a correlation between physical work intensity (0.797), worker health condition (-0.639), work duration (0.637), and worker nutrition (-0.480) with fatigue. Rice farmers must pay attention to their daily working hours, maintain their health condition, improve their nutritional intake or diet, regulate the intensity of physical work, and make use of rest time after work in order to minimize the risk of fatigue and increase productivity for sustainable work.
