dc.description.abstractOne of the front-line defenses in addressing sexual violence in higher education institutions is the Satgas PPKS. Students who serve as members of the Satgas PPKS are considered activist students. They face unique challenges in their dual roles, which necessitates strong Psychological Well-Being to optimally fulfill their duties and responsibilities. Psychological Well-Being illustrates how individuals can fully actualize themselves to achieve a high quality of life. This research aimed to understand the landscape of psychological well-being among student activists serving as Satgas PPKS members. A qualitative method with a phenomenological approach was employed. Data was gathered through interviews and observations of two student members of Satgas PPKS from different universities. The study concluded that both subjects were able to understand and accept themselves, adapt to their surroundings, take responsibility for their choices, manage environmental obstacles and challenges, possess meaningful life goals, and grow into better individuals. A notable difference emerged in the positive relations with others dimension, where Subject 1 experienced interpersonal issues with colleagues and family yet maintained flexibility in performing their role.en_US
