Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business ventures owned and managed by individuals or groups with limited assets and scale, playing a crucial role in Indonesia’s economic development. This study aims to analyze the impact of the *number of trainings (X₁), **promotion intensity (X₂), and **access to capital (X₃)* on the *growth of MSMEs in Serdang Bedagai Regency* by applying multiple linear regression analysis. Primary data were collected from 104 MSME actors who were selected according to relevant criteria. The analysis results demonstrate that, simultaneously and partially, these three variables do not have a significant effect on MSME growth, as indicated by an F-value of 0.810, which is much lower than the F-table value of 2.70, and significance levels above 0.05. Individually, the variables for number of trainings, promotion intensity, and access to capital also do not show a significant effect, as each t-value is below the critical t-table value of 1.984. The coefficient of determination (R²) is very low at 2.4%, indicating that nearly all the variation in MSME growth is influenced by factors outside this research model. These findings imply that current training programs, promotional efforts, and capital assistance have not been optimally effective for local MSME growth. It is recommended that the regional government thoroughly assess the effectiveness of these programs, improve the quality of training, modernize promotional strategies, and enhance financial literacy and mentoring for MSME owners, while also considering other crucial factors such as innovation, technology, and broader business networks in future policy formulation.en_US
