dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the relationship between teacher efficacy and psychological well-being among teacher at Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Siantar Timur Kota Pematangsiantar. This research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 120 teachers selected through accidental sampling techniques. Data were collected using psychological well-being and teacher efficacy scales and analyzed through the Pearson Product Moment correlation. The results indicate a significant relationship between teacher efficacy and psychological well-being (r=0.551;p<0.001), suggesting that teachers with high confidence in teacheng tend to achieve better psychological well-being. The majority of teachers had very high levels of teacher efficacy (70%) and psychological well-being (54%).en_US
