In order to survive the competitive business, it is essential for companies to pay attention to employees by focusing on talent management and leadership to achieve job satisfaction. This study, grounded in relevant theories, examines the impact of talent management on job satisfaction moderated by leadership. This research analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS version 25. The sample consisted of 232 employees who have participated in talent management programs, have more than three years of work experience, and have been trained. A sampling technique that combines proportionate stratified random sampling and judgment sampling was used. The findings both talent management and leadership have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Furthermore, when examined partially talent management demonstrates a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership also exhibits a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. This study also reveals that leadership strengthens the positive effect of talent management on job satisfaction. These findings highlight the crucial role of leadership in influencing.
