This study aims to analyze whether the performance of harvest employees has exceeded the targets set by the company, as well as to examine the factors that influence their performance at PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk, Bahlias Estate. The performance of harvest employees is a crucial factor in determining the productivity of palm oil plantation companies. This study uses organizational culture, job stress, and harvest bonuses as independent variables, with employee performance as the dependent variable. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 65 respondents, who are harvest employees, using random sampling and Slovin’s formula for sample size determination. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, following classical assumption tests, which include normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and linearity tests. The results show that the performance of harvest employees has exceeded the target set by PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk, Bahlias Estate and is considered good. Simultaneously, the variables of organizational culture, job stress, and harvest bonuses significantly affect employee performance. Partially, organizational culture does not have a significant effect, while job stress and harvest bonuses have a significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, the company needs to improve a positive organizational culture by creating a comfortable work environment, paying attention to employee job stress, and providing appropriate bonuses to harvest employees to maintain and enhance their performance.
