Human resources are a strategic asset in organizations that play an important role in determining operational success and the achievement of long-term goals. Therefore, efforts to improve employee performance are a major focus in organizational management. One internal factor that influences performance is organizational culture, which functions as a system of values and work norms that shape individual behavior. However, the influence of organizational culture on performance is not always direct but can be mediated by psychological factors such as work commitment and job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through work commitment and job satisfaction as intervening variables. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population in this study is permanent employees of the PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Head Office, with a sample size of 90 people obtained through non-probability sampling (census). Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and documentation, with measurements using the Likert scale. The analysis technique used was path analysis with the assistance of SmartPLS software version 4.0. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, job commitment, and performance. On the other hand, job satisfaction was found to have a positive and significant influence on performance, while job commitment did not have a significant influence. Additionally, job satisfaction was found to partially mediate the influence of organizational culture on performance, whereas job commitment did not act as a significant mediator. These findings emphasize the importance of job satisfaction as a strategic pathway in enhancing employee performance through the strengthening of positive organizational culture.en_US
