He Influence of Information Quality, System Quality, and Service Quality on Online Travel Agent User Satisfaction in Active S-1 Accounting Stundents At The University of North Sumatra
Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of information quality, system quality, and service quality on user satisfaction of online travel agents among active undergraduate accounting students at Universitas Sumatra Utara. The dimensions examined are information quality, system quality, and service quality. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of all active undergraduate accounting students at Universitas Sumatra Utara from the 2020–2024 academic years, totaling 1,067 students. The sample consists of 258 respondents selected using a convenience sampling technique. Data for this study were collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The results of the study show that the information quality variable has a significant effect on user satisfaction, the system quality variable has a significant effect on user satisfaction, and the service quality variable also has a significant effect on user satisfaction. This research indicates that improvements in information quality, system quality, and service quality have a substantial impact on the continued use of online travel agents.
