dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work environment on employee performance, the effect of professional transfer mutation on employee performance, the effect of work environment on organizational commitment, the effect of professional transfer mutation on organizational commitment, the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, the effect of work environment on employee performance through organizational commitment, the effect of professional transfer mutation on employee performance through organizational commitment at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Lubuk Pakam. This research is a type of quantitative research where all members of the population are sampled, totaling 63 respondents who are employees of PT PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Lubuk Pakam. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire where data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model statistical analysis technique using the SmartPLS 3.0 application in testing the hypothesis of this study. The results showed that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, professional transfer mutation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive but insignificant effect on organizational commitment, professional transfer mutation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment, professional transfer mutation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment. | en_US |
