dc.description.abstractThis research is to find out how big the influence of the Decentralization Degree Ratio, SiLPA Financing Level Ratio, Balancing Funds is on the Allocation of Capital Expenditures in City/Regency Governments in North Sumatra Province. This research uses a descriptive approach with a quantitative research method. The data collection technique uses secondary data. Data analysis uses panel data regression with the analysis sourced from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency with the help of the EVIEWS version 12 program. The research results show simultaneously the independent variables; The Degree of Decentralization Ratio, the SiLPA Financing Level Ratio, the Balancing Fund on the dependent variable Capital Expenditure shows that there is a simultaneous and significant influence. Partially, it is known that the Decentralization Degree Ratio variable, Balancing funds have a negative and insignificant effect on Capital Expenditure, and the SiLPA Financing Level Ratio variable has a positive and significant influence on Capital Expenditure.en_US
