Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Time Interest Earned Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Struktur Modal (Studi Empiris Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di BEI Tahun 2018-2020)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, sales growth, time interest earned and company size on the capital structure of manufacturing companies in the industrial and consumer goods sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. There are 54 manufacturing companies in the industrial and consumer goods sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so that as many as 44 manufacturing companies were sampled in this study. The data used in this research is secondary data. Research data obtained from the website www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression test. The data obtained and collected was then processed using the SPSS version 26 application. The results showed that partially profitability and liquidity had a significant negative effect on capital structure, while sales growth, time interest earned and company size had no effect on capital structure. Simultaneously, profitability, liquidity, sales growth, time interest earned and company size have a significant effect on capital structure.
