The Impact of the People's Business Credit (KUR) Program on Business Development in Bank Sumut Medan Customers
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of KUR Distribution, Innovation, and Digital Technology on Business Development at Bank Sumut Medan Customers.
This research use the descriptive quantitative approach. The population used in this study were Bank Sumut customers who were business people who used the KUR Distribution Program. The research method used is quantitative method and data collection techniques using survey methods with questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach using 100 respondents as a sample of the study. This test was carried out using the SmartPLS version 3 program.
The results showed that the variables of KUR Distribution, Innovation, and Business Development each had a positive and significant effect on Business Development for MSME businesses.
