This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work flexibility, generational diversity, and human resource digital on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Medan. This research is associative is nature and utilizes quantitative data. The population consists of 47 permanent and contract employees of OJK Medan. The data were analyze using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that work flexibility has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; generational diversity has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; human resource digital has has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, work flexibility has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; generational diversity work flexibility has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance; human resource digital has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance; job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, work flexibility has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction; generational diversity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction; while human resource digital has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance.
