The rapid growth of higher education in Indonesia has increased the demand for student housing that is decent, safe, strategically located, and supportive of both academic and social activities. However, comfortable and easily accessible housing around campuses remains limited, thus requiring an innovative solution. This study aims to design a student hotel as an alternative housing option that is strategic, functional, and applies the principles of green architecture. The methods used include literature review, analysis of user needs and site conditions, comparative studies of similar projects, and data synthesis to formulate the design concept. The design is based on student characteristics, site conditions, and green building principles such as energy efficiency, natural ventilation, the use of environmentally friendly local materials, and the integration of green open spaces. The results show that a student hotel designed with a green architecture approach can provide comfortable accommodation, support productivity, encourage social interaction, and contribute to environmental sustainability.en_US
