    Abstract
Abstract The Legal Responsibility Of Land Deed Officials (Ppat) In The Electronic Registration Of Mortgage Rights(A Study At The Land Office Of Pekanbaru City) The Direct Involvement Of Land Deed Officials (Ppat) In The Electronic Registration Of Mortgage Rights (Ht-El) Inherently Gives Rise To Legal Responsibilities, Particularly Regarding The Legal Accountability For The Documents And Files Uploaded By The Ppat Using Their Registered Account In The Electronic Registration System. In The Implementation Of Mortgage Right Registration Through An Electronic System, Any Errors Must Be Corrected—Either By The Ppat Or The System At The Land Office Of Pekanbaru. The Purpose Of This Study Is To Examine What Happens If An Error Occurs In The Deed Of Granting Mortgage Rights (Akta Pemberian Hak Tanggungan/Apht) Or During The Electronic Registration Process At The Pekanbaru Land Office; The Legal Consequences Of Such Errors; And The Appropriate Solutions For Correcting Errors In The Electronic Registration Process At The Pekanbaru Land Office. This Study Uses An Empirical Juridical Method, Which Is A Legal Research Method Aimed At Examining How The Law Works In Practice Or, In Other Words, Observing And Analyzing The Implementation Of Law In Society. Based On Research Conducted In Pekanbaru City, It Can Be Concluded That If An Error Occurs In The Apht Or During The Electronic Registration Process, The Ppat Is Given A Period Of Five (5) Days To Make The Necessary Corrections To The Deed Or The Registration. As For The Legal Consequences Of Such Errors, If A Court Considers The Deed Invalid Due To Non-Fulfillment Of Formal And Material Requirements, The Deed Will Not Be Considered As A Valid Deed. This Weakens Its Evidentiary Power And Causes Difficulties For The Entitled Parties In Exercising Their Rights Guaranteed By That Lien, Particularly The Right To Use The Deed As Legal Evidence. The Solution For Correcting Errors In The Electronic Registration Of Mortgage Rights Involves Amending The Apht And Revising The Data Submitted Through The Ht-El Application. Keywords: Legal Responsibility, Land Deed Official (Ppat), Electronic Mortgage Rights
