| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to examine the role of logistics management implemented by PT
JP Bali in supporting the success of the Media Gathering event organized by
Pertamina Hulu Energi at Patra Bali Resort & Villas, as well as to identify the
logistical challenges faced and the solutions applied on site. This research
employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through
participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings
show that PT JP Bali applied a structured logistics management system
encompassing planning, execution, and post-event evaluation stages. These
processes include identifying needs, procurement, logistical distribution, and final
reporting. Several challenges were encountered during the event, such as missing
souvenirs, limited storage space, and weather-related disruptions. However, these
issues were resolved effectively through timely coordination and responsive
decision-making by the logistics team. The study concludes that well-managed
logistics play a crucial role in ensuring technical smoothness, time efficiency, and
participant satisfaction during event implementation. This research is expected to
serve as a reference for future events, particularly regarding effective logistics
