Analisis Pelaksanaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas (SIMPUS) di UPTD Puskesmas Kotanopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal 2023

Abstract

SIMPUS is a system that manages Puskesmas data and information, in a health agency's success in achieving a goal cannot be separated from the role of health workers. Implementation of SIMPUS in the Puskesmas work area, the main data source uses SP2TP for recording and reporting. SIMPUS has not been running well. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of SIMPUS at the UPTD Kotanopan Health Center, Mandailing Natal Regency. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The location of this research was carried out in Muara Soro Village, Kotanopan District, Mandailing Natal Regency in 2023. It was carried out from January until completion. The informants for this research were determined using samples in qualitative research, namely purposive sampling. Data collection methods are observation, in-depth interviews, documentation. The data analysis method in this research uses phenomenology. The availability of SIMPUS personnel is one of the factors for success in SIMPUS. SIMPUS officers still lack knowledge regarding the implementation of SIMPUS. Based on the results of the interviews I got in the field, I never received training related to SIMPUS. Facilities and infrastructure are available but not yet operational. The formation of the SIMPUS working group is a process of dividing work into small tasks, monitoring is very necessary in the implementation of SIMPUS if problems occur in the Kotanopan Community Health Center work area. The input section for the number of human resources is fulfilled, however, it is still not running according to standards, then the officers do not understand, they have never attended training, the facilities and infrastructure are not yet running, the SIMPUS policy is not known to the officers. Carry out the process of implementing SIMPUS. So that it becomes an output to intervene in health problems based on priorities, help make health policies based on priorities, help make health policies based on evidence, and increase effectiveness and efficiency.
