Essentially, achieving employee performance in an organization requires consideration of several factors, including leadership, job characteristics, and work ability. PT Tosa Sakti Sejahtera, located in Langkat Regency, North Sumatra, is a company engaged in the palm oil plantation sector, employing a large workforce with diverse characteristics. Therefore, a leader must be able to maintain self-control in any situation, manage and supervise employees, and provide guidance and motivation to ensure optimal performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, job characteristics, and work ability on employee performance at PT Tosa Sakti Sejahtera. The data collected consists of primary and secondary data, obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and document studies. The study sample consists of 45 respondents. This research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that, partially, the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The job characteristics variable also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Similarly, the work ability variable positively and significantly affects employee performance. Simultaneously, leadership, job characteristics, and work ability collectively have a positive and significant effect on company performance, with a total contribution of 61.3%.
