Abstract

This study aims to formulate a sustainable business strategy to support long-term growth in the property sector, using PT. Mitra Rajamor Prima as a case study. Employing a quantitative descriptive approach, the research integrates several strategic analysis tools, including SWOT, PESTEL, Resource-Based View (RBV), and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The findings emphasize the importance of leveraging internal strengths and external opportunities while simultaneously addressing organizational weaknesses and environmental threats. Key strategic recommendations include product innovation, the development of strategic partnerships, and the enhancement of operational efficiency. This study contributes to the advancement of sustainable business models in the property industry and offers practical insights for companies seeking inclusive and environmentally responsible growth.
