Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurological developmental disorder that affects an individual's ability to communicate, socialize, and behave. One common characteristic in children with ASD is a delay in the development of fine motor skills, visual-motor coordination, cognitive abilities, and social skills. Block-building games specifically designed for this purpose can serve as an effective therapeutic tool to support the development of children with ASD. This study implements Augmented Reality (AR) technology in block-building games as an interactive tool that combines a sensory integration therapy approach. AR technology is used to provide real-time visual guidance and multisensory stimuli, helping children recognize, process, and respond to sensory information more adaptively. This study employs marker-based tracking. The game is designed to stimulate the integration of various sensory systems, such as visual, proprioceptive, and tactile, which are crucial in the block-building process. The game application was developed using Unity 3D software. The game application was tested with 10 participants through usability testing. The usability results included learnability at 80%, memorability at 77.5%, efficiency at 72.5%, and satisfaction at 73.33%. Thus, this application is expected to serve as an educational and enjoyable therapeutic tool for children with ASD.en_US
