Strategi Implementasi Budaya Keselamatan Kerja Di Bidang Pelayanan Teknik PT PLN (Persero) ULP Pancur Batu

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation strategy of safety culture in the technical service sector of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Pancur Batu to enhance employee compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and create a safer working environment. Although the company has reported zero workplace accidents since 2020, the high number of Unsafe actions by technicians indicates the need to strengthen its safety culture. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis for data collection. The data analysis technique used is SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results), which focuses on leveraging internal Strengths and external Opportunities to formulate positive and targeted strategies. The findings reveal that management commitment, effective communication among workers, and active employee involvement are critical to the success of the safety culture. Effective strategies include strengthening regular training, enforcing discipline, rewarding SOP-compliant employees, and utilizing technology to monitor safety practices. This study recommends integrating safety culture values into daily work systems to prevent Unsafe actions and support the sustainability of occupational safety in the future.
