    Abstract
The success of construction projectsi is highly influenced by the effectiveness of communication management among stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the impact of communication managementi on project success from the perspective of multiple stakeholders namely the owner, contractor, and consultant based on the case of Suspension Bridge construction in North Sumatra Province. A quantitative approach was used, applying Partial Least Squaresi Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS v4.1.0.9 software. A total of 114 structured questionnairesi were distributed and analyzed. The findings show that communication management significantly affects project success, measured through three key indicators: cost, quality, and time. Among ten communication factors studied, communication ability, use of facilities and technology, and communication frequency are the most dominant. The influence of each stakeholder varies: the owner contributes most to cost efficiency, the contractor to time performance, and the consultant to project quality. Q² values for all models are above 0.45, indicating good predictive relevance, while Goodness of Fit (GoF) values confirm a strong model fit. These results emphasize the importance of structured, transparent, and technology-based communication management as a strategic approach to achieving project success in the construction sector.
