Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) is a form of corporate commitment to support sustainable development, including the protection of vulnerable workers. In Kelurahan Aur, Medan City, PTPN IV Regional II collaborates with the Pematangsiantar Branch of BPJS Employment to implement the National Movement to Protect Vulnerable Workers program. This study aims to analyze the implementation of TJSL in protecting vulnerable workers, assess its social impact, and examine the strategic role of BPJS Employment in supporting the program. The research uses a normative-empirical method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were obtained through literature studies and interviews with representatives from PTPN IV Regional II and BPJS Employment. The findings show that although the program has successfully registered vulnerable workers under BPJS Employment and expanded access to social security, its implementation faces significant challenges, such as limited education, inaccurate data collection, and weak verification and communication regarding participant enrollment. Furthermore, although cooperation between PTPN IV and BPJS Employment has been established, coordination in implementing the program is not yet optimal due to limited access to claims data and weak local-level monitoring. Therefore, improvements are needed in the implementation mechanisms, public education, and inter-agency coordination to ensure effective and comprehensive social protection for vulnerable workers.
